Our services are tailored to move your organization forward to a more effective level of fund raising. The core of our consulting focuses on working with the traditional fund raising efforts - from annual, to capital, to endowment campaigns.
At the same time, we know that successful fund raising does not occur in a vacuum -- that the interrelated processes of communications and financial planning are critical to a campaign's final outcome.
For every engagement, we design our services and staffing to meet these needs. At the heart of every non profit is its Board. We usually start there to gain an understanding of its roles and responsibilities, accountability, and progress in fund raising. We may recommend an audit or a day of training. We help rewrite a job description, or to start from scratch if none exists.
